The Group deploys capital across market cycles through a combination of newbuild contracting and secondary market acquisitions, with a focus on high-quality tonnage and long-term value creation.

Operating platform

Commercial and technical activities are conducted through Rubicon Maritime, our jointly owned operating platform with Reuben Brothers.

This integrated structure provides in-house chartering, technical management and operational oversight, enabling active asset management and disciplined execution.
